Hot yoga takes place in our hot room which combines the perfect amount of heat and humidity to sweat and detox, and push deeper into each pose. All are welcome, no experience necessary.

Sol Hot Flow

A calming yet challenging vinyassa style flow linking breath with movement that will allow you to drop focus out of your mind and into your body. This class is ideal for all skill levels. 

Sol Hot Vinyasa

This practice focuses on connecting your breath to each flowing movement.  This class uses breath as the primary link between attentiveness and integration of the mind and body. A vigorous blend of flowing postures will help improve strength, stamina and flexibility.  

Sol Yoga Spa

60 MINUTES

This practice is designed to help you relax your body and calm your mind. This class is appropriate for all students seeking the benefits of a very relaxing, gentle, and nourishing practice. Enjoy massage and essential oils as an added bonus. 

Rock & Sol Yoga

This practice is designed to connect your mind, body and spirit. Each class focuses on a motivational mantra to focus your energy on positive Sol Vibes. Take time for you and connect with the moment in this balancing yoga practice. 

Sol Hot Power Yoga

60 MINUTES

This dynamic, flowing practice cultivates strength, flexibility, balance, focus and endurance. It tones and sculpts the entire body allowing for rapid results. This yoga practice is challenging and will promise a burn. 

Sol Hot Yoga Sculpt

60 MINUTES

Boost metabolism and build long lean muscles as you move to energetic, upbeat tracks. Yoga Sculpt incorporates hand weights and high-intensity cardio bursts for a maximum calorie burning effect while mixing in a variety of yoga sculpt postures. This fun workout will tone each of your major muscle groups through a challenging and innovative sequence of exercises that incorporates cardio to get your heart pumping and your blood flowing. This class has options and modifications for all levels, but it is recommended that you have an understanding of basic yoga postures before taking a Yoga Sculpt class.

Sol Hot Fusion

Fusion combines cardio, strength and yoga to create an inspiring and effective workout. Fusion is a total body workout, incorporating free weights, bands, and stability balls to tone and build lean muscle. 

Sol Hot Power

Sol Hot Power is a high-intensity cardio workout which incorporates strength-training exercises. Test your mobility, endurance, and resilience during this upbeat class. Be ready to sweat and feel the burn. 

Sol Hot Sculpt

60 MINUTES

Sol Hot Sculpt is a high energy cardio class that focuses on keeping your heart rate up and boosting your metabolism. Sol Hot Sculpt also features various exercises designed specially to tone and strengthen your core. Get the six-pack you've always wanted. 

Sol Hot Strength 

60 MINUTES

Sol Hot Strength is a motivating and effective combination of muscle defining exercises that will help you gain mobility, endurance and strength, all while shredding fat and increasing muscle tone. Be prepared to use free weights to get the most out of this functional workout. 

Sol Strength & Burn

60 MINUTES 

Sol Strength & Burn takes place in the "cold room." This class incorporates various strength-training exercises to build and tone muscles. This total body workout focuses on using light weights in high repetitions to work all of your major muscle groups. 

Sol Cycle

60 MINUTES  

Experience this low-impact, intense cardio workout designed to burn major calories and build strength. This class is perfect for beginners to advanced as each student can control their own resistance and speed.The instructor will push you with rhythm-based, motivational music. 

Sol Cycle Barre

60 MINUTES  

Get your cardio in during Sol Cycle and enjoy a mixture of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training off the bike. This class will energize you and focus on sculpting, slimming and stretching your entire body. 

Sol CyRow

50 MINUTES  

Sol CyRow combines cycling and rowing for the ultimate cardio challenge.  Rotate between our Keiser M3i bikes and the WaterRowers for a full-body, low-impact workout. This class will work every muscle in your body and burn major calories. Stay motivated with the sound of music! CyRow takes place in the "cold room."

Sol Cycle & Strength

60 MINUTES  

Sol Cycle and Strength takes place in the "cold room." This class is the perfect mixture of cardio and strength. First, burn calories and build endurance during Sol Cycle. Then, continue to build strength and lengthen your muscles during Sol Strength.  

Sol Row & Strength

60 MINUTES  

Sol Row and Strength takes place in the "cold room." This class is the perfect mixture of cardio and strength. First, burn calories and build endurance while using 84% of the muscles in your body on the WaterRower. Then, continue to build strength and lengthen your muscles during Sol Strength. 

Sol Circuit 

60 MINUTES or 40 minutes

Row, cycle and strength. Get the most out of your workout in this specially designed circuit class, incorporating strength and cardio to maximize your caloric burn. Sol Circuit is designed to test and improve your strength, endurance, and overall athleticism.
